A successful Sales Representative does more than just close a sale - WD Yards’ Sales Representatives educate our current and future clients about our proven products, methods and services and create strategies that will enhance the landscapes for our clients. We are the local experts and most knowledgeable Team in our industry. We provide continual, on-going education to all members of Team Red.

Your future responsibilities include:

• Meet with existing and potential clients, in person at their homes and businesses and over the phone to educate and offer our services.
• Work with supplied leads from beginning contact through end of sale.
• Utilize existing customer and market data to offer additional services.
• Ability to work closely with our Office Staff, Sales Manager and Division Managers to deliver an outstanding customer service experience.

As the saying goes the grass will not grow under your feet. You will be consistently busy with new and continued leads year-round. A solid background in customer service and at least two years of sales experience is required. A clean MVR is necessary as you will be assigned a company vehicle. You must be tech savvy and coachable. Our sales and estimate process provides clients with the information they seek directly in the field via email and text messaging. Personable, out-going, and a team player is a must. Team Red exemplifies integrity, honesty and respect.

Pay and compensation is based on experience with possible commissions.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
